## 1. Truy cập hệ thống LMS Canvas và Coursera

### 1.1. Tham gia lớp môn học trên hệ thống LMS Canvas

* Truy cập hệ thống LMS Canvas theo địa chỉ: <https://canvas.phenikaa-uni.edu.vn/>
* Cán bộ quản lý vận hành (CBQLVH) nhấn vào mục “*Dashboard*” phía bên trái màn hình, chọn đúng tên học phần mình quản lý.

Hoặc nhấn vào mục “*Khóa học*” phía bên trái màn hình, chọn đúng tên học phần mình quản lý

## 2. Quản lý quá trình học tập của Sinh viên

### 2.1. Tham gia thảo luận, giải đáp thắc mắc của Sinh viên

CBQLVH sử dụng công cụ Helpdesk kiểm tra câu hỏi sinh viên cần giải đáp; công cụ Diễn đàn Discussions để trao đổi thảo luận với Sinh viên.

### 2.2. Kiểm tra tiến trình học tập của sinh viên

#### a) Kiểm tra tiến trình học tập của sinh viên thông qua “View progress” trong phần Nội dung học tập “Module”, trong đó liệt kê toàn bộ thông tin về tiến trình của người học.

#### b) Kiểm tra tiến trình học tập của sinh viên trong mục “Grades”

#### c) Tạo thông báo nhắc nhở sinh viên khi cần thiết
